Of going back for good and pregnancy update

I'm abandoning this space again!Busy packing pulak!My apology to some of you yg email,tapi belum direply!Life has been super hectic nak tercabut tulang belakang pon ade ;p

And i rase i will only blog about the Spain trip later bila dah balik Malaysia wahahaha.
Going back this time is different.It's been 6 years and we are leaving Augsburg for good sob sob!!6 years bebeh,countless flight trips going to and fro Muenchen Airport(from Indiana,from KL,from London lah),so this place is surely to be missed!Masa packing our stuff(for shipment),segala bende jumpa,stamps from the States pon ade lagi!sebab dulu when i was still in Indiana,i used to send card to hubby at least once a month,dgn stamp2 sekali hubby ku simpan hihi.Macam2 bende lah jumpa,card hari raya,my teddy bear busuk bawah katil ;p
I know it's a mix feeling for hubby.On top of all,i can feel this is something he's looking forward to!mesti lah happy sebab he has been here since 2004 haha and dah 3 tahun tak balik malaysia ok ;p nasib baik ingat lagi rupe durian macamane.And getting a German's Diplom Ingenieur is a very tough journey so many congrats abang!!And hands down to all Diplom graduates from here!But deep down,i tau mesti die sedih punya and we surely gonna miss Deutschland!Haha tapi kalau tanye nie,si dudek nie mesti cakap tak heran pon dengan Deutschland nie,typical him!
Ade rezeki dtg lagi but coming for vacation will never be the same as living here.

Anyway,it's been a while since i update on the pregnancy.I'm entering my 31 weeks,baby dah turn his head down,which is expected at this point of pregnancy.Yesterday was our 2nd attempt to do the 3D scan but it was still unsuccessful!This time baby si notty nie cover muka die dgn lutut pulak dah.Rasanya balik buat 3D scan kat malaysia nanti dah.Everything is normal but my weight tak naik since the last checkup(3 weeks ago)I blame the traveling and packing lah,tapi berat baby naik 200g,berat mama nye tidak hehe.Ok what else,aaa yerp i'm hoping to deliver normally but the doctor said c-sect might be the better choice for me because of my small figure!Anyway,miracle might happen and i'm praying for that. Owh this baby aa,so like his father,tido susah nak bgn!During the CTG scan semlm,even the nurse made a lot of noise by knocking on a paper cup pon(for the purpose of waking him up) baby M nie boleh tido lagi heee.But baby,as long as you're growing healthily inside,mama+bapak tak kisah lah kamu suka tido pon ;p
Scanner dah simpan masuk kotak,tak cantik betul amik gambar gambar nie,but for now,this will do hehe

Okeh,world cup fever!Nak muntah asik kene teman hubby tgk bola.Which team are you?Hubby is supporting Spain(macam biasa,die tak akan support Deutschland nye even though he admits Deutschland macam ade chance je kihkih).Me?I do not care much except for the Waka Waka song,saya tak suruh hubby tukar channel pon nasib baik tau.Baby?Die kene sokong Spain sebab he was made in Barcelona ;p There's a big screen showing the match at the city center but there's no way i will join the crowd,nanti nangis nak balik je ;p

Can't wait to golek this kucing gemok!

.....my graduation ceremony!
The ceremony will be held at the Royal Albert Hall and i'll be in the afternoon session.Though my parents are not attending,hubby and one of the elder sisters will be there,huyeahh. Semua dah reserve and we are good to go once the packing is done!

This is how the dress looks like after i left it for almost a week in the luggage,kerepot habis!Yer saya mmg tak suke unpack ;pNow i have to find a matching shirt for hubby dan juga a matching tudung for me!!Ish boleh lupe tudung pula hari tue;p Hopefully sempat cari scarf nanti,Tie Rack's la kot.We are not wearing hats(mortar boards) for the ceremony,so tudung harus la yg kemas sket.No ariani or the likes for me,kalau tak jumpa scarf juga nanti i guess my old tudung bawal will do hahaha

The weather was super wonderful semlm,me love it!Jadinya i have the mood to finally masak nasi for dinner,tapi nasi goreng jer pon hihihi.

Earlier,we went for my 23rd+ week check up.Eh eh,ok pulak Hb nye,up from 11 to 13+.True people said,when the mother is happy,the baby pon happy jugak.This time we asked about the gender again(so that boleh shopping baju baby dgn tenang next week),hubby pon suke sgt la,as the answer is still the same;Baby M.Torres ;p My husband wants to call his baby Torres!Ya ampun.But you know,baby nie kan everytime bapak die tgk football match pon he will kick hard hihi,so you love football too baby?Nanti we'll get your Liverpool kits next week k!

One way the antenatal checkup over here is done differently from Msia is;there's Vaginal examination in all appointments,can you believe it?Owh my,but that was my 2nd time so tak kekok sgt dah but still!!Owh yes the medical staff here does not believe in taking supplements too,they won't suggest which supplements to take,unless you ask them.They strongly believe in healthy eating habit and you should get everything from your food.Go and ask for formulated susu tepung for pregnant mommy macam Anmum-they will laugh it out.Saya pernah kene!Dan meraka kate "yang ade susu segar cap lembu sahaja,semua rakyat jelata di negara ini minum susu segar dari lembu dan mereka semua sihat!" hahaha

Then saya ikut hubby pegi sekolah.Told ya,the weather was so cantek kan?Feels like summer dah :)Ini perut aa,sekejap sorok,sekejap ade!semlm die decide untuk ade,menyebabkan orang memberi laluan kepada saya ;p
Oooo ade org dari seronok2 mahu dapat partner main game,berubah menjadi extremely unhappy,L didnot make it to finale.So can we drop Torres and just stay with baby M bang?;p

Hello from Augsburg!
Arghhh comot melampau!This is my very first full photo with the baby bump(kalau nampak lah hihi;p)

It's been 5 days since i arrived in Augsburg.The journey was sgt ok Alhamdulillah :)
More updates to come after this,after i have done folding the 3 loads laundry,unpacking belacan and segala bekal mak nenek,and booking and planning our May and June trip!

Anyway,i'm in my 20th weeks now,cepat kan?

Most days the father akan kasi dgr something from Maxim or Mozart and kadang2 this one huhuhu,nak suruh anak jadi rock star kot ;p

I know i don't blog much lately and i blame the hormones and the weather!Fuhh creating excuses eh,truth is,i just do not have the mood to blog ;p aka malas!

I'll be seeing hubby again in 2 weeks time yeay!!and hopefully kat Augsburg nanti rajin lah update blog.Anyway,i need your opinions on some of the baby stuff.

1.Breast Pump

After researching and asking around,rasanya we are going for Medela,but which model tue,undecided lagi.I know,i know mesti ramai ckp beli free-style lah.Of course i want to,but put yourself in our shoes,being first time parents yang semua barang baby kene beli and with the not yet working mommy nie, surely we have to allocate the budget for every single thing and as for now,free-style is beyond our budget.So,our other options are the pump- in style or Swing or Mini(double).But seriously,what's the different between the Free-style and pump-in style besides the first one is of course can be operated hands free?And between dual pumping(double mini) and dual mode expression(swing) which one is more important?If there's dual swing,surely i'll grab that one.

2.Stroller

I don't know about others but for us,stroller nie on the top of the list too.Maybe dah terlampau selalu tgk mat2 saleh nie with strollers kot.And with the very-petite-me,there's no way i could carry a 10kg baby pusing satu mall later.What we want is a compact fold 3 wheelers.

Dulu idaman hati was phil&ted,i know yg nie mmg bulky berat sgt but can't help it,suke sgt.Especially with the double kit that allows 2 kids to ride(hihi nak ade sorang dah pikir stroller for 2!) We both love this buggy that we tested it every time pegi Mothercare hahaha.Tapi saya kene menyedari diri ini ikan bilis that the buggy is too big for me,macam i sekali boleh dok dlm tue.So i doubt if i can manouevre it smoothly hahaha org tgk pon kesian kot ;p



So 2nd idaman hati,Quinny Zapp pairs up with Maxi Cosi.Like many others,i was charmed by its stylish look!I love the fact that it's one of the most compact stroller which is perfect for parents like us who've got small cars hihi.But but its lack of recline feature has hold me back.I'm afraid later the sleep part will be a problem.Well,surely the sleepy baby(or toddler) couldn't get comfortable in the upright seat kan?Any Zapp users with this sleeping problem?
So our other choice is Quinny Speedi,ok tak?But i don't think it's light-weighted pulak hmm hmmmm.
What do you think?Ke salah concept kami nie,budget for buggy dah exceed breastpump huhu.

3.Babybjorn-dah beli dah.Huby ckp he won't give up gaming,so kene ade sling la in case die kene babysit sambil main game huhu.I can imagine me busy cooking,he's with baby M main game,biarlah.And there's no way he's going to wear a baby pouch,so yg nie die dah beli siap2. konon nak jadi ayah cool camni la ye hubby?huhu

4.Rocker/Bouncer.ok yg nie seriously tak tahu nak pilih mana satu.Hubby ckp he read reviews fisher-price punya pon ade yg senang topple.pulak dah huuu help!! Ape lagi ye,rasanya tue jer kot yang kene beli before in laws dtg Augsburg,nak tumpang luggage diorang.I'm lucky that hubby pon sama excited survey baby's stuff nie.In fact,breast pump pon die yg tolong survey ;p.

Ok,update on the baby!I'm in my 18th weeks and i' glad the nausea nightmare had gone!So preggy mommies out there,just hang on in the first trimester tue k.I can still eat almost everything except 2 benda : daun kesum and ikan bakar dlm daun pisang.The rest is fine.But i forbid myself from eating too much,no such thing as eating for two for me.It's the quality of the food not the amount of it that you have to watch out,kan?But,if i want to,i have no problem pon nak makan nasi 3 or 4 kali sehari but will end up tido kekenyangan the whole day huhu,so not healthy,tak bleh,tak bleh!Craving pon tak ade except rambutan yg dulu tue,and few weeks back i asked for pisang emas.Huhu mak ckp nasib baik mengidam yg senang je ;p.Ade jugak rasa nak makan sushi and sashimi but i know eating raw food is unhealthy for the baby,so pandai pulak tahan hahaha,bukan craving but more to mengada2 kot huhu.So here is the latest image of baby M.Check up was done at the local pusat perubatan Islam in KB,most likely i'm gong to deliver here,anakanda nie akan jadi rakyat kelante la nie hehe.Owh another note,when filling up the commencement form,under special request tue,i asked for a seat close to the stage,my reason; i will be 26 weeks pregnant by then,takot penat jalan jauh(the ceremony will take place at the the Royal Albert Hall,so rasa-rasanya mesti jauh kan kene jalan to the stage kan?pandai2 ;p)But bila dah submit rasa mengada pulak,ade ke org nak entertain such request hahaha maluuuu!!!
Baby M,this is me 4 years back,during my degree commencement,it was freezing cold but i insisted on wearing kebaya.This May you'll be walking the aisle with me okie dear?

An MRSMPC cum Purdue friend asked my favor for a few photos when we were still in MRSM.Since i got nothing else to do,i decided to dig the photo album and help her out.And i decided to put up some here too!

1.My messy classroom!
Mmg tunggang terbalik habis;p Look at my desk!The best thing is,tak ada seorang pon bising class bersepah hahaha.

2.My classmates.In each class ade at most 20 students jer, so we were quite close with each other.Owh i miss them all and the teachers too!I tell you,our teachers sangat best :) Ni cikgu Hasmah,boleh pulak bosan belajar dalam classroom buat class kat taman ;p.Oops sebenarnya kitorang yg minta belajar kat taman sebab dekat dengan Dewan Makan,habis class senang nak pegi lunch!
As you can see,I was the smallest hahaha.My classmates semua gila-gila!We called ourselves kanak-kanak ribena.Kesian diorang kadang-kadang kene marah dengan i yg nerd nie sebab bising ;p

3.Ok last photo,taken mase prep.There's this one time i tido masa prep and warden datang!Danggg!!!Die ketuk my desk dan jerit "Awak nak tidur ke nak belajar??Nak tidur balik dorm lah!!"She was sooo loud rasa macam the whole building boleh dengar!hahaha
I rase time nie la paling pandai pakai tudung,i must have spent 15 minutes if not more depan cermin betulkan tudung sebelum pegi prep.Nie tak pakai plastic ke awning tau.Sekarang?Nak iron tudung pon malas.

Week 12 and pregnancy craving

So how's yours 3/4 days weekend?Don't ask me,i cuti sokmo :)

Alhamdulillah everything is back to normal,no extreme sickness,appetite pon dah ok balik,good!Cepat je kan,soon dah masuk 2nd trimester.Let see how's the baby growing.

Anyway,mommies out there,do you have any craving during pregnancy?Pregnancy craving is legendary and nobody knows for sure what is behind those ' i have to have chocolate,no matter the hour!' Some say craving nie all made up and some believe craving means that you are lacking certain nutrients in your diet,which i do agree.For instance,milk craving might be a sign that mommy needs more calcium.There's another type of craving called "pica" where moms-to-be find themselves craving for non-edible items such as clay, dirt or laundry starch, or even baking powder.Women with pica usually have low iron in their blood,kesian kan?

But there's no explanation to those yg nak new handbag or strange/bizarre food macam otak unta,ade ke?;p Agak pelik jugak lah kalau tak pernah makan otak unta tiba-tiba nak pulak kan?
I personally believe there's no harm giving in into food craving,especially if it is harmless and helps you through the pregnancy sickness.Moms-to-be deserve to be happy after all,our bodies work 24 hours a day to grow a healthy baby :)

Tapi jgn ikut saya,sekarang semua org tgh pening mana nak cari ;p Honestly up till now i feel like eating everything but there's this one thing yg asyik teringat,tapi tak dapat,so lagi lah teringat --->R.A.M.B.U.T.A.N. So what am i lacking of,vitamin C ke?hahaha.Asking for a fruit out of its season,mmg bagus!Actually nak rambutan nie way before kejadian baby ooops ;p,back in Germany lagi.Abg,ingat tak masa kite pegi grocery shopping @Kaufland ade rambutan tapi dah tak elok?Since then la rasa nak rambutan,so rasanya it's not really a pregnancy craving kot.My sister managed to get some few weeks ago,tapi dah tak fresh,agak lembik,so i tak puas hati.Few days ago pula dpt 2 biji sebab my ayah pegi rumah kawan and kebetulan kawan ayah ada pokok rambutan,ade la the last 2 biji.But i want more!Kalau tak dpt jugak kene makan rambutan dalam tin lah huhu.Rambutan oo rambutan,where are you?Anybody nampak rambutan anywhere?

Okla,forget about rambutan.Saje nak share nie,i went to the market with mak and saw the very same pakcik selling this satay ikan.Kenal tak nie?Mase sekolah rendah dulu i selalu makan nie,die jual depan sekolah.I can't believe it,after 20 years,this pakcik is still selling satay nie for 10 cents/stick,only the size is smaller.But the taste masih lagi sama!yummyyyy!

Orait,time for nap.Cepat lah visa siap,sudah rindu encik suami nie :(

Helllooooo all!
I've gained 1 kg since balik nie.Makan and tido jer,no kidding!Sudah la msian food nie oily,nasi at least 2 kali sehari,so not healthy:( My family does not even allow me to lift the shopping bags,ape lagi nak kemas.Cooking and buat laundry kirim salam je la huhu mmg terlebih sudah nie


Fresh lobster from Jeti Kerteh,tatau my sister's helper akan masak ape.Last time die buat masak pedas,hihi boleh tak?I kene selamatkan lobster ni!

Visa,cepat lah siap!

Salam All.
First of all,happy new year and many thanks for your well wishes :) I've been meaning to update but the visa thingy kept me busy for the past few days.Ulang alik Wisma Tan&Tan and Wisma Putra penat sungguh,nasib ade Garmin! Now i need to wait for at least another 4 weeks to get back my passport,hopefully everything is ok.

I think the fact that hubby isn't here has finally hit me!!Awal-awal sampai hari tue ok,but now that i'm easily tired and throw up least once a day,i definitely miss abg huwaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :( It's the weather too i guess,very hot and humid!Panas sgt senang pening nak muntah,nak marah org pon ade hehehe apekah?

Anyway,among the many to dos in malaysia is to get a nice dress for my commencement this coming May.Initially i just planned to get a ready made dress but by April this tummy will be obvious.So i went to Euro Moda and got a nice 3 tones chiffon,thinking to turn the piece into something like this,but with cuff not bubble sleeves.Ok tak?

Hubby thinks i will end up looking like a pregnant bridesmaid in this dress huhu. Tak kire sayang,i'm sending this to the tailor soon lalala.And i bought a piece of shantung to replace the sarong of my 3.5 year old wedding kebaya.The original dress comes with 0.5m train which explains why i have not wear it again after our reception.I'm surprised that the sales assistant said they still have the same 2 tons french lace,only the price is doubled!feuwwwwh,sib baik saya dah kawen awal2,makin mahal wedding nie yer.Actually i can't even fit into the dress now.Tapelah,dress itu motivation utk kurus balik hihi.

Mobile Broadband

I need some opinions.I'm coming back in exactly a month and will be traveling a lot between Kota Bharu,Jerantut,KL and Kuantan.I am the one who can't live without internet but definitely boleh survive without ASTRO hehe.So kami tgh survey mobile broadband.Hmm why on earth maxis nie tak ada yg flatrate?kalau nak skype one whole nite habis la.Yerp i did that quite often, whenever hubby was not around,i would ask him to turn on the skype video until i fall asleep,kate penakot ya rabbi ;p.My siblings are all using and recommending Celcom since that seems the only one offering unlimited quota with reasonable speed.P1 Wimax is out of the list because of the very very limited coverage it has(I'm talking about outside of Klang Valley here ya).Haihh i hate the slow internet back home,tapi ape nak buat.So it looks like Celcom's advance package is the winnter;RM98/mth for unlimited usage(with 5GB fair usage policy) and speed up to 3.6Mbps.Tapi kan,yg lucu nye,when we tried to check the coverage page,the link is broken,apakah?huhu.So anyone care to share?Danke danke.

Weekend tanpa haiwan

Hello,salam all.

How's your weekend?Me?I tak keluar rumah pon,deficient vitamin D dah menyorok kat rumah nie ;p Hubby sgt busy with his thesis,Call of Duty and football!He spent the whole friday nite nak abihkan call of duty tue,saturday morning main bola pula,ptg tgk v Manchester City,by the time i ajak dia beli grocery die dah penat!Sungguh kurang kasih sayang isteri nie ;p.We shop for groceries on every Saturday,so bile tak pegi last saturday,satu haiwan pon tade dlm peti utk dimakan huhu.And in Deutschland,everything is closed on Sunday.Yerp,all malls,department stores,supermarkets and the like semuanya tutup!Can you imagine?Tension kan?So we just make do with whatever left.

Finished my first knitting project!

And it's a scarf!
Hubby took a day off from lab today.While he was busy with Windows7 and Modern Warfare2, i took my own sweet time to finish up the scarf while watching the Bride War.Hubby did not even bother about the movie,he went away after 20 seconds.mmg lah,dah agak dah.
i started to knit religiously on tuesday,took a break over the weekend and finished it off today.This scarf is 1.5m,so ok la kan?But to get to use to it and pick up the speed was not easy.Casting on was ok,but knitting the stitch was really disappointing initially that i almost gave up.The row was tight and it was so hard to move the needles :( .Anyway,i've started to love this.nak muntah dah asyik tv and internet jer huhu.
