Bukan lah pandai masak pon tapi being at home all day is not a good excuse not to cook.I love to see hubby's face when he knows what's for dinner hehe.Ini yg masak minggu nie,time rajin ambil gambar.

Ayam masak madu,daging masak hitam

Alkisahnya,last weekend we went to try out this most talked about nasi lemak royale in A Staq.Being a fan of mamak's food,especially nasi kandar,hubby mmg tak sabar lah,sanggup dinner lambat sikit just to make sure perut mmg tgh lapar.They claim that nasi lemak royale is not nasi kandar.Tapi except for the nasi dan telur rebus,rasanya lauk semuanya about the same;ayam goreng,ayam madu,kari kambing,sotong etc.Arrived empty stomach,left full but unsatisfied.Hubby ckp felt like driving to Hameediyah or Kaseem Mustapha.It's already passed 9pm and penang is 80km away so of course la we just forgot about it the moment we stepped into the car.So by having these 2 lauk for dinner,i wished his craving for ayam madu was satisfied.Tak sempat nak berkari sebab anak dah jaga.Kalau ada kari lagi okay,you can never go wrong with this combo of kuah kari+ayam madu+kuah daging hitam,believe me.Tapi nampak gaya penang jugak lah kot soon.Butt at least it tasted better than kedai glamour tue hubby ckp buahaha.

Hainanese chicken rice
Ingat lagi i saw this pic of what looked like nasi ayam hainan in a forum,so i left a msg there,asking on how to cook the chicken.Jawapannya mudah saja ayam tue rebus je.Hehh that easy ke?Mmg tidak sebenarnya.The hainanese recipe focuses on the steeping process to ensure smooth and silky chicken,so i had to repeat the process for 4 times(bring chicken stock to boil,immerse the chicken(marinate it earlier with soy sauce,sesame oil,garlic and ginger),bring back to boil,turn off the heat and cover and let the chicken steeps for 15mins,drain the chicken and repeat).Last sekali after draining the chicken from broth,celup dlm iced water.Hubby ckp the chicken was still firm tapi dlm lembut jer,sepuloh markah die kasi nie sampai korek periuk nasi tambah.Utk sambal;grind chillies,ginger,garlic and add some sesame oil and lime juice,salt and sugar.

Ladna kueh teow bersepah.
As the name said.Mmg sepah daun bawang takdan potong anak dah tarikk suruh teman die main.

Hari nie tak payah masak except food baby muhriz.Mak pak nak melantak berkenduri yeahh

baguslah tu..akak hari2 masak sebab husben memang jenis xsuka makan makanan kedai

kalau weekday boleh kate mmg tak mkn kat kedai la kak,weekend je mula la nak gantung periuk kekeke
