DH ade meeting di penang,so i angkat tangan kaki nak ikutttt.last few weeks dah pegi makan durian kat balik pulau tapi gambar satu pon takde,nampak durian terus tak ingat camera.
saya sgt suka penang,tapi sepanjang almost 3 tahun tinggal di penang before leaving for london in 2008,boleh kire dgn jari berapa kali ambil gambar.taking things for granted,biasa lah tue.bile nak update blog,mula lah kene google gambar food nie!credit to the owner ye.so my makan2 plan
breakfast @tmn tun sardon.nak makan serabai dgn beehon soup lang buana.hopefully boleh gerak by 830am dari alor setaq nie
lunch@ minah restaurant in Gelugor(their kari kepala ikan is TDF!) atau kassim mustaffa Bayan Baru ja,layan nasik kandaq.Nak gi hameediyah macam tak sempat sebab meeting DH starts at 11am.Mamakk!saya mau ayam goreng potong dgn papadom.kuah ayam madu,kari,daging hitam campur okay!serious this kuah combination sedap,try lah hehe.
early dinner @kapitan lebuh chulia.nak makan naan/beriyani dgn ayam tandoori.terrrbaik!!tak suka Kapitan di Qbay tue,somehow rasa tak sebest yg kat town.
kalau rajin nanti letak gambar betul okay,babaii!
Dining out is not easy these days.dengan dudu nie,letak je dlm baby chair,siap lah.semua yg die dpt,die baling kat bawah huhu.tapi mama pon nak cuti masak jugak kan jarang2 ;p
so over the weekend,pergilah kami nie ke Kuala perlis,atau locals panggil Kola Perghliss utk berseafood.Kola perghlis nie dak jauh pon dari alor setaq,40km je.Gerak 430pm,515pm sampai lah.still awal so kitorang pusing situ jap.tgk ferry langkawi,tgk ja huhu.since that was our first time,mama pon google lah,tgk mana kedai yg recommended.Kalau chinese seafood restaurant,ramai kata Hai Thien sgt sedap,price pon affordable.Menarik nie!Tapi mama google lagi,Hai Thien nie pork free,masih serve beer.dah ter rasa was was pulak.So ayah muhriz cakap pegi medan ikan bakar la.So surf lagi,ramai vote Mona,gerai no 7.since it was still early,tak ramai lagi,6pm order,620pm semua sampai!
sotong goreng tepung,came with thai sauce yg agak masam to my liking ;pudang petai masak cabai,terbaikkkk!petai besar sgt hahaha
nak ikan jenahak,tapi paling kecik ade yg 1kg!makk aih sape nak habiskan 2 org makan je.so amik pari lah.
aaa nie mesti ramai tau.Mentarang masak asam nie huhu.
ramai je ckp mentarang nie best,susah nak dpt.ade kat K.Perlis dgn K selangor je kot.so mama order lah,nak try kan.ayah muhriz awal2 lagi surrender tanak.verdict?yeuwww tanak dah!i won't repeat this order!to some maybe sedap,but not to my tekak.or maybe i makan tak betul,kene cicah sambal ke ape tak tahu la hikhik.ayah muhriz tak habis gelakkan!=p
all was for RM60,not bad lah kan?
My budak rambut perang,gigi jarang nie tgh waiting for sunset,tapi last2 gerak awal jugak nak cari masjid.Ade surau kat medan selera nie,but with very poor condition,kotor,dgn takde airnya.so does the public toilet.bayar saje,masuk dlm tgk macam tue,keluar balik.owh well,mmg expected pon.
will we come back again?definitely!but for laksa perghlis pulak ;)

Ok,our case is the opposite way,hubby lah yg tutup telinga tue =p
i was quite surprise when DH told me and of course lah i denied it until.....he recorded it!gosh,i should do something about this before it gets worse.but according to DH,it happened occasionally,bukan lah i snore tiap2 malam.owh well,maybe i was just too tired chasing muhriz around.anyway,found this on the net;
common causes of snoring:
- Age. As you reach middle age and beyond, your throat becomes narrower, and the muscle tone in your throat decreases.
- The way you’re built. Men have narrower air passages than women and are more likely to snore. A narrow throat, a cleft palate, enlarged adenoids, and other physical attributes (which contribute to snoring) can be hereditary.
- Nasal and sinus problems. Blocked airways make inhalation difficult and create a vacuum in the throat, leading to snoring.
- Being overweight or out of shape. Fatty tissue and poor muscle tone contribute to snoring.
- Alcohol, smoking, and medications. Alcohol intake, smoking (or second-hand smoke), and certain medications, increase muscle relaxation leading to more snoring.
- Sleep posture. Sleeping flat on your back causes the flesh of your throat to relax and block the airway.
How you snore reveals why you snore
- Closed-mouth snoring may indicate a problem with the tongue.
- Open-mouth snoring may be related to the tissues in your throat.
- Snoring when sleeping on back is probably mild – improved sleep habits and lifestyle changes may be effective cures.
- Snoring in all sleep positions can mean snoring is more severe and may require a more comprehensive treatment.
Troubleshoot to stop snoring
- Lose weight. Losing even a little bit of weight can reduce fatty tissue in the back of the throat and decrease snoring. Exercise in general can help because toning arms, legs, and abs inadvertently leads to toning muscles you don’t see in the throat, which leads to less snoring.
- Clear nasal passages. Having a stuffy nose makes inhalation difficult and creates a vacuum in your throat, which in turn leads to snoring.
- Establish regular sleep patterns. Create a bedtime ritual with your partner and stick to it. Hitting the sack in a routine way together can promote better sleep and therefore minimize snoring.
- Keep bedroom air moist with a humidifier. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat.
- Reposition. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward.
- Avoid large meal!
as of now,muhriz is able to:
- shout abaaahhh,abaahhh,abaahhh when looking for me or hubby or his nenens ;p
-leaf through pages and point to the figures.tapi still kadang2 koyakkan jugak!
-clap his hand,especially when i turn on the 'if you're happy' song
-cruise,stand alone,take a baby step.after the first step,terus duduk hehe it's ok son,they say practise makes perfect kan,so take your time!
-point to things he wants
-roll balls back to us
-pick tin2y object and then put into his mouth!!
-drink water from his bottle independently yeayyy!
can't believe he's turning into a toddler in a month!puasa pon mama belum habis ganti lagi hehe.i have another 9 days to go ;p
