Type cepat2 sebelum malas.So 2nd week of school holiday hari tu we went to Perth with family belah hubby,pack of 9;7 adults and my 2 boys.Dah stay for years di US UK Germany tapi that was my first time to the land down under so I was so looking forward to the trip hihi.Tickets bought end of March,masa Matta sale tu tgk website MAS pon on sale juga.Hubby dan saya arranged,planned the itinerary and reserved semua (tickets,vacation home,car rental,cruise tix)dan dibelanja oleh mil,hihi thanks ma!Masa google pasal Perth ni I found out that ramai Malaysians dah pegi Perth ni,mostly family n trip kawan2.Dan masa kat sana pon mmg jumpa so many Malaysians.So saya akan try bagi info yg agak2 bleh help others to plan their trips to Perth
Day 1
Arrival
Departed at 930am,kami pilih MAS.dpt price best RM910/person.Flight was smooth alhamdulillah tapi sy sebenarnya adalah tidak sihat.Demam and food poisining dlm flight muntah2 n tido je,sib baik boys tido juga.Australia ni mmg ramai tau mmg strict sikit kalau nak bawak masuk makanan kan tapi Alhamdulillah kami punya clear je,yang penting kene declare and of course jgn bawak benda2 yg mmg tak boleh.What I did was letakkan semua makanan dlm satu luggage je dan list out barang2 tu and have the list with you.Kami bawa maggi,beras,sardine,formula milk,teh,coffee,ayam/daging rendang/kari in can,sotong in can,kiub ayam/ikan bilis,some instant paste(nasi goreng etc).fresh products macam vege x boleh la.and dairy products mmg kene declare, susu formula is okay but i think cheese,3in1 semua tue x boleh.n kalau yg ada egg based pon diorang strict sket.Upon arrival kene isi card,make sure u tick kalau bawak barang makanan.What happened to us diorang tanya apa kami bawak?is everything commersially packed?ada yg pack sendiri tak?jawab dgn muka confident sikit,then they suruh aturkan bag semua,ada a dog datang hidu2 then yeayy lepas je tak payah bukak pon luggage food tue hehe.so declare okay n make sure u bawak yg commersially packed kalau nak senang cerita.
Car rental
lepas bag clear,keluar2 beli simcard vodafone sorang satu(1G data for AUD 20)then claimed van from Europcar.Saya dari dulu travel mmg setia dgn Europcar.Sebab kami ramai so ambil Toyota Hiace 12seaters,got it for RM1950 for 5 days,mileage limit 1000km.License no worries bleh guna driving license msia je sebab ada translation in English kan.And kalau ada anak below 7 make sure bawa or rent car seat/booster sekali.Kami bawak je car seat budak2 ni from Malaysia sebab kalau nak rent 2 cost us around RM600.under 4 kene dlm car seat,4-7yrs old boleh guna booster cushion je.Sib baik naik MAS so senang tak payah risau luggage limit boleh check in je car seat Muhsin.Map hubby dah update siap2 dlm GPS die so no need to rent one jugak

We booked ours from airbnb.com.Mmg recommended guna ni.Xmo la kan duduk hotel,sebab nak masak2.bawak bekal pon senang.4bedrooms house,located dlm 10mins to CBD,only 7km to airport ,we got it for RM3100 utk 5 days.

Muhsin is now 20mths,lagi 4buan nak 2tahun,cepatnya!Byk ckp ni,his vocabs surprise us sometimes,faham instructionspon byk dah.Yg selalu die ckp

and a lot more,kalau tanya siapa punya,babah/mama/uriz buat apa,die dah boleh jawab.My sis ckp pronounciation die quite clear for a 20mth old kid.Sometimes buat 4-5 words sentence macam 'Mama,jom nak nek(naik) car'.Hubby ckp bising ikut mamanya!Of course I talk a lot with the kids,saya mak yg always bertanya because I want them to stay curious and alert ,tapi rasanya maybe sebab die ada abang jugak ni.I always see them talking to each other sambil main,sambil mandi.Muhriz started to talk a bit later around age 2 baru kami faham sikit tapi sekarang die mmg chat non stop.He can go like
" tadi kat school Muhriz makan noodle,noodle tu sedap.Mama cook ape kat rumah?Keyapa mama tak cook noodle jugak,Muhriz nak makan noodle lah!" Bila masa amik nafas pon tatau,mama tak sempat tanya 1 soalan pon.Tapi he only talks like that with us(parents) and his cikgu.Dgn yg lain tak sebising tue.In a good way alhamdulillah rumah tak senyap la tapi hubby ckp sometimes the 3 of us are soo bising sampai pening die huhu

lama kot tak update.Huu password pon lupa and malas nak kisah sebab kene berebut laptop ni dgn Muhsin.Muhsin mmg amat tak suka mama or babah die pegang laptop.Handphone pon sama tapi ok lagi la.So dah 2015.Kami start tahun ni dgn adik punya 2nd dilation di HKL Paed Surgical Unit.every 3months kene dilate his esophagus sebab hari tu buat swallow test,surgeon and also ourselves (me and hubby) nampak stricture(narrowing) yg quite bad.Sebab tu die tak boleh swallow chunky food mmg die muntahkan balik.Other than than,weight gain mmg a problem.Dato Zack suggested buat gastrostomy tapi kami mmg refuse,tak nak lah.He's a very active kid.Lagi tak diam dari abangnya.Tube tu will just restrict his activities.And risau ditarik or kacaunya pulak ada risk of infection.So sekarang every month ada appt with dietitian jugak.It's okay adik,we'll go through this together :) Muhsin ni,if he doesnot take off his shirt,you'll never know what he had gone through.Our baby miracle,sometimes tak caya dah besar ni,everynite pon jadi mangsa cium semua org including his bro pon suka jugak gomol adik die peluk la kiss la.pastu gaduh sambung sepak2 tampar2 nangis meraung plak,pastu both kene time out,huhhh
On Muhriz,masuk school lambat 1week dari orang lain tapi he's doing great dari 1st day at his new school ni.Tak nangis ,no drama tanak gi school.Kami tukarkan sekolah die for a few reasons.Cikgu die cakap dari pagi nampak muka cool je huhu.3rd day siap tolong cikgu kemaskan classroom when the rest of his classmates bertenpiaran main kat luar.Macam last year,hubby hantar and at 12pm mama and adik ambil.Muhriz ni so far kami perhatikan,he's quite independence,takde perangai sgt unless kita tak ambil kisah or tak faham what he's trying to cakap/tanya.Haa ini mmg mengundang marah dan amokan die la.Mengamok ni mama tak pandai handle lagi silap2 dgn mama sama nangis.Taking about early childhood education,lain parents lain targets and goals for their kids.Me?Saya not too much yg ok by age of 5 MESTI pandai baca.Ajarkan.Dpt Alhamdulillah.Tak dapat byk lagi masa insyaAllah.I believe kids learn at their own pace,jgn too memaksa tapi jangan buat tatau langsung.everyday pon mama try to be consistent la dgn jadual muhriz ni kindy until 12pm-rehat,main and nap-iqra/reading/activity book-tv-playground .Malam we go free and easy sebab depa nak gomol babah huhu.Playtime is important.They learn a lot by playing. Awal2 ni for me it's more important to groom our anak to be a self learner.Yang ada minat nak belajar.Yang sentiasa curious.kita as parents can only provide them within our means,kalau anak mmg ada passion,they will wing themselves and the rest will fall into places.ok nak join nap muh2!

Monday lepas mama,babah and Muhsin ke Nuclear Dept,HKL.Abg Muhriz cik nie tolong jagakan di Kajang.Muhsin kene puasa for 4 hours,test scheduled at 8am,tapi tgk2 kul 11 baru start.Nuclear Dept ni tak silap ada di HKL and Hospital P.Pinang aje.Kami pilih HKL terus lah sebab mmg surgeons di Hannover referkan ke HKL dan dah pegi follow up situ.
Muhsin had laparoscopic Hynes pyeloplasty robot assisted surgery in Nov 2013 to remove an ureteropelvic obstruction.His surgeons di Hannover mmg dah tulis dalam referal letter to HKL yang Muhsin needs a nuclearimaging test to check the kidney functionality again at least 4 months after the operation.So Datuk Dr Zack from HKL scheduled one for him.Sebelum surgery Nov 2013 tu pon dah buat this test(DTPA) so I kinda know what to expect.He needed an IV line untuk inject substance(isotop sth namanya),that liquid akan travel to his kidney then bladder which could be seen on the monitor.Macam contrast test.So for that to happen smoothly,Muhsin needed to lay on his back for 40mins.Nov 2013 die baru 6months,boleh la baring.Sekarang baring kalau nak tido je,sekrang jgn haraplah.So he was put to slee(bagi ubat tido orally).Patut after half an hour dah tido,tapi Muhsin ni budak kuat sejam baru pengsan.Itu pon ngam2 bgn sejam after that,1min nak habis test tu.Itu yang kene puasa tu,takot aspirated.Setting an IV line at this age was far more challenging dari masa die kecik dulu.Meraung tu mmg lah,tapi yg tak tahan,die bite wire tue semua nak bukak.Nurses asked me to wait outside,takot saya tak tahan tgk kot.Little did they know,saya dah pernah tgk lebih dari tu.
Gambar masa test di HKL Hubby tak bagi ambil.So mama letak la gambar Muhsin dgn line nye masa last operation in Dec 2013.Due to previous surgeries,mmg susah sikit nak set IV line kat tangan or kaki Muhsin ni sebab dah byk sgt guna.Darah pon ambil dari dahi dah.So last operation tue,after 4 days,lines yg kat tangan n kaki rosak,the surgeons had no choice but to put a central line kat leher,Muhsin was sent to OT for that.
Honestly the initial result from DTPA test last Monday agak merisaukan mama.Tapi staff kata let they analyze first.Doakan Muhsin.Saya dan hubby berharap sgt muhsin tak perlukan surgery lain dah.Kami sentiasa doakan yg December lepas tu the last one,semoga penyembuhan yang Allah kurniakan sekarang tiada berpenyakit.Tapi kami sentiasa redha atas semua yang Allah aturkan.Doakan Muhsin.

InsyaAllah esok dah 1 May.May is a special month for us.In 16 days,Muhsin will turn 1.Our baby miracle :)
Alhamdulillah sekarang sihat2 aje.Monday ni ada DTPA test di radiology dept,HKL.The test is to check how the kidney's doing after his operation last Nov.Mama doakan semuanya ok untuk sayang mama ni. Muhsin sekarang mmg tak ada health problem apa2.Kalau yg tak tahu,mmg tak akan sangka all the things he had to go through.He had his 5th surgery last December,4 weeks before we went back to Malaysia.But I didnot blog about that.Mama doakan itulah surgery last untuk anak mama ni.

Friday lepas Muhriz ckp nak buat sand castle.Dari DE lagi,bawak pegi shopping malls is the last activity for the boys,so hubby ok terus la nak ke beach.Saturday morning,tak pagi pon 1030am hihi ke penang kita.Early lunch di kapitan,gambar takde sebab lapar sgt.Saya biasa lah akan order the same thing,bertahun2 pegi kapitan pon order sama,nasi beriani + ayam tandoori,hubby nan set.tak yah tgk menu pon sebab confirm kitorang order yg tue jugak.Muhriz suka lah sini ada aircond(1st floor),bersih.Cuba mama n babah makan di Line Clear manjang ckp nak balik :p
After lunch terus ke Teluk Bahang.Since panas lagi kita gi Taman Rimba dulu.Okla jeram ni byk kolam,kitorang gi atas sekali sebab cetek situ huhu.Pastu muhriz kene gigit nyamok,hubby dah cuak,takot ulat je.swimming suit bawak saja mama tak ingat nak pakaikan.Puas la pujuk die jom gi beach pulak.tapi die mandi dlm 10mins tu hilang dah merah2.So tunggu je la diorang main situ dulu.After half an hour baru ke beach.Alhamdulillah mendung so walau baru 330pm tapi tak panas.takde nye die buat sandcastle tue,asik mandi je.Adik pon cool je,siap makan pasir.Took turn mandi dgn babah,mama tak mandi malas tapi last2 kene mandi gak sebab adik wee atas mama.
So if you're looking for public beach nak mandi2 di penang,try lah yg ni.betul2 dpn Spice Garden,Teluk Bahang.Taman Rimba pon tak jauh dari sini.Kalau belah ferringhi kitorang kurang sikit,crowded dan air die cam tak best je.

Hihi lamanya tak
update.Bukan takat tak update,bukak blog pon tidak kihkih.Hari ni tiba2 nak bukak blog sebab Muhriz tanya bila nak balik germany!Adoi sayang,mama pon takde jawapan lah.Mama pon kalau boleh nak balik juga.So dah 4 mths balik msia,kat fb active je.tapi active tue time boys ok la.Most of the times asal mama pegang hp je abang Muhriz ada lah ajak nak main train,nak main car nak baca lah.Adik pulak nak rampas hp dan baling.Laptop jgn harap nak guna time Muhsin tak tido.Hubby pon surrender dah hihi.Ok maybe pasni mama update lah sikit2 tapi maybe more frequent.Rugi pulak tak record pasal budak2 ni somewhere.Cepat besaq depa ni,satgi ckp nak kawen dah :p
Another reason ialah internet yg slow.amat slow geramm aah maxis ni.maybe ni last month guna maxis.dah complain pon macam tue jugak.Dan for me,a post without photo adalah tak best.Tapi nak tunggu upload satu gambar pon mak nak nangis.
Ok start dgn journey back home.Last December.Departed from Hannover on 28th of Dec and safely arrived the following day.Boys ok je dlm flight tapi tido gilir2 so parents nye langsung tak boleh tido.Rasanya the whole 24hours journey hub and I tido 3 jam je kot.Sampai msia hubby demam for 4 days hihi.Alhamdulillah after 1 year di DE,pergi bertiga,balik berempat and a total of 18 pieces of luggages+boxes.Buggy patah tak amik balik lagi kat airport.
Transit @Schipol Amsterdam.Nice airport.Tapi loungenya is not so baby friendly.ada satu je baby room?And no playroom at all huhhh

Mintak rajin hupdate sikit sebab dah nak balik msia ni.On Muhsin 6mths of exclusive bfeeding, dah solid pon adik ni.Tapi mana nak ada masa ni,kemas barang satu pon tidak lagi tapi nak balik for good dah after xmas.Next week pulak his last surgery InsyaAllah.Mama doakan ini yg last.Busy bershopping lagi,ada jugak yg pm boleh tak kirim2 barang.Sorry ye yang besar2 tak boleh kot sebab tak amik kontena pon except utk kete bapaknya.Yg lain antar kot laut gak tapi takde lah satu kontena jadi tak de lah murah.Nak pesan manduca ke yang ringan boleh la.

Alhamdulillah,Muhsin was allowed to go home 10 days after the surgery(9.11.2013).It was supposed to be the "simplest" surgery among the 5 he needed.Surgery was successful and my brave boy tak payah morphin pon.He woke up 2hrs after the surgery and was sent back to his room,tak payah dok ICU dulu.So we thought everything was good,in 3 days boleh balik.Turned out not!Muhsin caught this rare post operative bacteria infection which sent him to NICU for 2 days.Surgery was on Thursday, Sat afternoon,tiba2 aja badan menggeletar,mulut berbuih,vomitting,stretch kaki,badan,temp shot to almost 40.I had never seen him so sick before :( So I rang the nurse,nurse terus panggil surgeon but he said maybe just sakit from the operation as they had started to reduce the painkiller.Ok fine but deep inside dah rasa it was something else.Mlm Sabtu jadi lagi,around 2am and after painkilller.I was almost right,kalau sakit sebab operate kenapa lepas dah bagi painkiller jadi macam tue.The surgeon yg on call dtg lagi and said they would send him for CT scan to see for possible tremor(in some cases body shivering relates to tremor).I knew the dr was wrong,I knew his condition tak ada kene mengena dgn otak!If it was not the withdrawal symptom(from the painkiller) it must be something else.So ahad pagi,again temp shot to 40 but this time no shivering so we knew already,mesti infection,so terus amik darah and muhsin was sent to NICU.the surgeon described his condition as very ill :( NICU is one place I dread going back,it's too much for me.It reminds me of Muhsin previous condition,his 38 hospital stay right after birth.But they had no choice,NICU ramai nurses.I was not allowed to sleep there so I told the nurse kalau Muhsin nangis just called me,I would be sleeping in the surgical ward downstairs.So they did.Pukul 3 pagi,pukul 5 pagi.Muhsin dah start takot nurse,doctors so they had to cover his bed so Muhsin tak nampak nurse or doctor lalu lalang.2 days in NICU and 3 different antibiotics,6 times kene amik darah tangan kanan kiri,kaki kanan kiri,they released him back to the surgical ward on Wednesday.The drainage from kidney needed to stay until urine was clear from bac.So for the next 3 days,macam tuh lah cycle nye antibiotics,blood test,urine test.Mlm mamanya tak tido mana since the nurse came in every 2-3hours to check the drainage,give antibiotics,clear the urine bag,bgn pump lagi.Around 5am adik dah bgn.So mmg mak panda lah mama but it's okay,to see him smiling again hilang penat semua.Masa kene infection tue all the nurses and dr comment ckp Muhsin dah tak senyum,dulu suka senyum.Of course la kan,tiap2 hari kene amik darah sapa boleh senyum.So we went home on Sat afternoon,tapi monday pegi balik,another blood test and the dr dah confirm lab ckp mmg tak ada bac dah,urine pon dah okay.The surgeon ckp bacteria tue rare dan ganas,that was why he was so sick.Alhamdulillah Allah permudahkan semua akhirnyaSurgery site dah okay,no more dressing and scan pon kidney is working fine again,wee wee makin byk!So this Monday ada follow up with his atuk(HOD heheh) and he will decide on the date of his last operation.

Right after the operation
We are leaving to Medizinische Hochschule Hannover Kinderklinik in a few hours.Need to check in 24hours prior to the surgery.Semoga dipermudahkan,dijayakan pembedahan dan semoga anak ku cepat cepat sembuh.Abang elok2 kat rumah dgn babah nanti dtg visit adik macam biasa jgn main wire machine ok.Alhamdulillah Muhriz has been a very wonderful and understanding brother.Sebelum pregnantkan,lahirkan adik die,mama tak pernah tinggalkan Muhriz ni except pegi kedai beli santan,tapi tgk2 die okay aje ckp babai mama,babai muhsin,tshuss see youu bila nak balik dgn babah dari melawat adik kat hospital.Nak tido babah ckp die akan kata muhsin akit.on the way nak dtg visit,bertasbih nama muhsin dlm kete.Semoga hati anak2 Mama ni mmg sentiasa dekat kepada Allah dan dekat satu sama lain.InsyaAllah keluar dari hospital nanti mama update lagi.Doakan yg baik baik
3rd hospital stay.Sebab yg 1st and 2nd surgery were done on the same day,masa umur 2 hari. He needs 5 surgeries all together in 7months.2 days before Muhsin was allowed to go home after his 3rd surgery 2 weeks ago,his surgeons came and told us that another surgery is needed.Actually mmg dah rasa sebab masa temankan Muhsin buat test di nuclear medicine tu Dr kat situ dah ckp kat hubby.This time nak repair path from kidney to bladder,the muscles are too strong.Not a problem now but if it might cause excessive pressure to the kidney later.We just nodded, and agreed.Kidney is part of his VACTERL Association,so we have read about this before.So they arranged it to be done this Thursday.His HOD told me it's going to take 1 hour,another laparoscopy and Muhsin needs to stay in ward for 5days.Don't worry sayang,mama akan temankan.Semoga Allah permudahkan urusan kami.Saya sentiasa ingatkan diri saya kalau susah,ada lagi yg susah.Sedih is normal but not helpful and I need to be strong for my baby.Last time in NICU a mother whose daughter with heart beyond repair gave me a shoulder to cry on.Last 2 weeks,I saw a blind mother datang alone with her toddler and baby ke radiology bawak anak scan.Dan yg satu ward dgn Muhsin,that girl has hearing impaired and digestion problem.Allah tak akan uji diluar batas kita.Mesti yakin.Mesti.Minta Allah permudahkan.Mesti minta.Bila hanya ada saya,suami dan anak2,saat macam ni buat kami makin appreciate each other.Hanya yg pernah lalui akan faham.My baby bukan sakit demam.Bukan.But he is a real fighter.He's stronger than the rest of us.Mama sekuat mana pon when the nurse came to me,and said the time had come to stroll him to the operation room,I cried.Tapi Muhsin,buka mata lepas operate di ICU terus sengih even dr tak bagi morphin pon just normal painkiller.Hmm bila ada masa nanti mama tulis ye macamana mama ni yg Deutsch tunggang terbalik temankan Muhsin kat hospital.It's not easy I tell you,nurse ckp lain,mama paham lain heh heh.Dgn doctors tak ada problem sangat,diorang tau English.Ok,kene siapkan lauk frozen untuk babah and abang,kalau tak selama tue lah diorang tak makan nasi asik kebab dan pizza.Please pray for his health ye,thanks :)
