Anniversary meals: hodoh tapi sedaplah juga hik hik

Last 3 Sundays was our anniversary.Sunday in Germany ialah hari senyap hehehe.all shops except restaurants and those in train station/airports are closed.Boring kan?But good thing is kita akan dok rumah je lah.Selain ke park n playground,hubby prefers to stay home berguling dgn anak2 die.Saya x de masalah,mmg dok rumah sokmo pong =p

Halal food is not hard to find but almost all of them are kebab.Sayasuka kebab ni.Keluar every saturday confirm gi mkn kebab so anniversary tak mo lah makan kebab.I told hubby i wanted lobster.Kitorang masak yg paling simple hahaha tapi sedap probably sebab lobster pon dah sedap kan,tak payah nak masak complicated sgt.

Lunch:Broiled lobster with creamy spaghetti
Lobster tue hubby potong tgh dua,letak some butter,pepper and salt.masuk oven for 15mins

Spaghetti rebus till al dente.Tumis garlic and some onion(chopped),add some cappers(rasa masin2 goes very well with anything creamy),parmesan cheese and some grated cheese,2tblspoon of sour cream,some milk,salt and pepper.masuk spaghetti.dah siap.presentation fail tapi sedap.

for dinner bakar ayam je buat black pepper sauce then pair dgn mashed potatoes/gravy,steamed veggie and garlic bread.

pastu buat new york cheese cake.cheese cake ni mmg fav selalu buat pon sebab senang.

 see,x yah masak susah2 pon.muhriz n muhsin kecik lagi,mkn kat rumah mmg lagi tenang sebenarnya huhu.
